Questions about our products

Q: What are your products made of?
A: All our products are made of 100% coconut husks, vegetable products.

Q: What are the default percentage of coco fibre and coco peat in your Substrate?
A: Given the fact that we only produce on order, it is quite difficult to give you some exact figures of the percentage.  However, we can roughly say the default percentages are par  65% of fibre and 35% of coco peat for our substrate type 20.

Q: Why some of your products contain a high percentage of coco fibre?
A: Yes that's right. But you do not have to worry about that because the percentages of coco fibre and coco peat in our substrate is based on your requirements. 

For example, a customer A might want our  substrate type 30 with 70% fibre and 30% of peat while another customer B might want the same product with  50% fibre and 50% coco peat.

 

Q: Are your products washed and salt free?

A: In some cases, we provide washed products at your request.  

Q: Do you send samples of your products and what is the shipping cost?
A: Yes, we supply samples free of charge at your request by way of normal postage.  However, if your requirement is urgent and requires an express shipping courier like DHL or FEDEX, then you will be charged.

Q: Do you have pictures of your packing?

Q: What types of packing do you offer for your products?
A: We offer the following types of packing:

- Compressed bales of 400 litres

- Bags of 100 litres or  anti-UV grow bags of 16 and 20 litres.

A: The table below shows the relation volume/ weight of our packed products.

Questions about our quantities and shipment

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We normally ship everywhere in the world as long as there is a shipping sea line that serves your nearest port.

 

Q: Do you deliver goods on customer's Site (Duty Delivery Paid)?

A: Unfortunately, we do not deliver goods to your door, instead we deliver them to your nearest sea port. The transit between the port and your site is your own responsibility.

 

Q: What Incoterms 2000 pricing do you offer?

A: We quote CIF (Cost Insurance Freight)  or  FOB (Free On Board)  at your request.

 

Q: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: Our MOQ is a 40' HC container, that we find beneficial for our customers due to the cost of freight.  In some cases we might accept orders of a 20' DV container.  

 

Q: What are your quantities in a 40'HC container?
